He was predeceased by: his parents, John Peraino and Vita Peraino; and his brother Andrew Peraino. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Peraino; his sons, John Peraino (Janice), Jeffrey Peraino (Malinda) and Daniel Peraino; his grandchildren, Jacob (Shellie), Savanna, Kara, Kelli, Brooke and Johnathan Peraino; his great grandchildren, William, Noah and Rylee Peraino; and his sister Anita Knox (late Fred). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
