He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Frederick and Margaret Biernat; and his sisters, Patricia Kozlowski and Margaret "Diane" Anderson. He is survived by: his pet Chips; his wife Bernadette Frederick (Mijal); his children, Martin (Suzanne), Matthew (Reneé) and Melissa Babinski; and his grandchildren, David, Mary Grace, Austin, Jacob, Brandon and Audrey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
