He was predeceased by: his parents, William (Louise Sullivan) and Neil; and his siblings, Shirley, William (Dolores "Dodie"), Janet and Joan.

He is survived by: his wife Janet. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
