He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Nichols and Virginia Nichols; and his stepsister Brenda Hall. He is survived by: his brother Timothy Nichols; his stepmother Mary Nichols; and his stepsiblings, Lisa Dunne, Michael Dunne, Mark Dunne and Kellie Dunne.
