He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Happel and Mozelle Happel (Wetherbee). He is survived by: his wife Wanda Happel (Wolf); his children, Donna Smeltzer, Sheryl Happel and Rick Happel (Shannon); his grandchildren, Ammand Smeltzer, Jake Smeltzer, Leanne Happel (Kevin Sinkler), Dylan Happel, Emily Happel, Zachary Happel, Samantha Randall and Ryan Randall; and his brother John Rosine (Linda Lammers). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
