He is survived by: his son Ross Yahr (Betty); his grandsons, Christopher Yahr (Rhonda) and Aaron Yahr; his great grandchildren, Jordan, Nicholas and Emily; his siblings, Marion Yahr (June) and Karen Yahr; and his friend Clarie George.

Donations in Gerald's memory may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
