He is survived by: his wife Gladys Hurt (Wing); his sons, Edwin Self (Charlotte) of Rinchon, GA, Elwood Self (Carol) of Oro Valley, AZ, Eldon Self (Diane) of Grand Haven and Elliot Self (Melanie) of Kent, WA; his stepchildren, Karen Willoughby (Steve) of South Bend, Kenneth Hurt of Bella Vista, AR, Keith Hurt (Karla) of Portage and Kevin Hurt (Tammi) of Centerton, AR; and his sister Norma Crapo. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
