He is survived by: his friend Kelly Crooks; his wife Kelly Crooks; his mother-in-law Janet Trayer; his children, Melissa Patino (Josh) of Stanton, Kegan Crooks, Kaleb Crooks of Vestaburg, Brooke Siefka (Eric) of Elwell, Matt Beardslee of Vestaburg and Hayley Beardslee (Drew Nemeth) of Remus; his grandchildren, Autumn, Ryan, Hadley, Cole, Blake, Connor, Macy, Ryder, Easton, Wade and Knox; and his sisters, Joyce Pollard of Grand Haven and Sherry Tucker (Ed) of Grand Rapids. He is also survived by many nieces nephews and close friends.
