She is survived by: her father Lester Evitts; her grandparents, Daniel Bollinger, Helen Bernice Bollinger, Miles Evitts and Ida Evitts; her mother Alice Evitts; her siblings, Dawn Humphrey and Ron Evitts (Shelley); her children, Pat Hoffman, Daryl Hoffman (Julie), Valleri Marshall (Brian) and Rebecca Hoffman; and her nephew Murphy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; many great nieces.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asked for memorial donations to be made payable to Woodland Hospice.
