She was predeceased by: her husband Forrest Kelley. She is survived by: her children, Dale (Valerie), Doyle and Darleen D'Agnese (Robert); her grandchildren, Patrick (Kori), Sali Ruspini (Luca), Brian (Tai), Sean (Christi), Jason, Matthew Gschmeidler (Jennifer) and Kyle Gschmeidler; her great grandchildren, Kate, Shannon, Luchino, Guy, Brenndon, Bailie, Brianna, Natalie, Riley, Nolan and Conner; and her sibling Beverley DeMattia.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to American Diabetes Assoc., Make a Wish Foundation or Parkinson Michael J. Fox.
