He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Chapman; and his sister-in-law Sue Billeter. He is survived by: his children, Gregg Billeter, Brian Billeter, Paul Billeter (Kirsten) and Marcy Tomlinson; his grandchildren, Austin Tomlinson, Jamie Nyberg (John), Kylie Billeter and Kevin Billeter; and his siblings, Lois Spaeth (John), Macy Compton (David), Dale Billeter and Alan Billeter (Rosalie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Hale or the National Parkinson Foundation.
