He is survived by: his children, Doug Tepe (Kimm) and Debra McGinnis (James); his grandchildren, Amanda (Bruce), Michael (Sydney), Alissa, Angela (Michael) and Lynette (Dustin); his stepgrandchildren, Bailey (James), Logan and Carter (Alexyss); and his sister Jan Tepe. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
