It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma M. Murray of Ubly, Michigan, born in Bad Axe, Michigan, who passed away on June 2, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Armstead and Catherine Armstead (MacAlpine); her son Edward R. Murray; her grandson Kyle R. Volz; her siblings, Raymond Armstead, Alvertia Hiller, Madelyn Hiller and Bernard Armstead; and her siblings-in-law, Durrell Hiller, Orville Hiller, John Murray, Clements Murray, Harold Murray, Vincent Roggenbuck, Leroy Messing, John Abraham, Grace Murray, Marjorie Abraham, Esther Murray and Patricia Murray.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond G. Murray; her children, Linda M. Volz (Gerry) of Fairview, Diane K. Smalley (Dennis) of Ubly, Karen J. Escarcega (Leo) of Vacaville, Barbara J. Murray (Robert Babiszewski) of Ubly, Brenda A. Murray of Stone Mountain, Joyce F. Matthews (Edward) of Benicia California and Thomas P. Murray (Sharon) of Ubly; and her sisters-in-law, Rosemary Armstead of Elkton, Phyllis A. Roggenbuck of Snover, Jean E. Messing of Juneau and Charlene Keilor of Bad Axe. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
