She is survived by: her son Bruce Mierkowicz (Pam); her great grandchildren, Robby, Lucas Spradlin, Tyler, Evan, Andrew, Max and Graham Mierkowicz; and her caregivers, Donna, Sue, Mary, Jan, Bridget, Ida, Dolores, Julie, Jamie, Barb and Pamela.
