He is survived by: his wife Joan Calvin (Darst); his children, Terry (Calvin) Reay (Pat Reay), Jeffrey Calvin (Jenny Calvin) and Jill (Calvin) Heintz (Peter Heintz); his grandchildren, Jessica McMahon (Jeffrey McMahon), Emily Calvin (Aleksandr Wilde), Mackenzie Bettinger (Donald Bettinger) and Halston Chavez (Kevin Chavez); and his great grandchildren, Noah McMahon, Riot Calvin and Quinn Bettinger.

They served on the Care team and donated to Missions.
