Buelalee Gumper Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2023, at the age of 90, Buelalee Gumper of Traverse City, Michigan, born in Mancelona, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Buel Porter and Leila Porter (Fox); her husband Myron D. Gumper; her siblings, John Porter and Carolyn Achtenberg; her children, Gary and Judy; and her sons-in-law, Mike Hale and Duane Messner.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Messner, David NaDell (Christine), Elaine Hale, Jean Elliot (Greg) and Paul Gumper (Elspeth). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, many great and great-great-grandchildren, and numerous other loving family members and friends.
Buelalee selflessly donated her time, energy, and fabric to various causes, contributing to caps for cancer and so many other wonderful charities.
