He is survived by: his mother Shirley Cushing; his children, Leona Perry, Shirley Grizzle (Paul), Stacie Driggers (Brandon), Sarah Cushing (John) and Amanda Gray (Anthony); and his siblings, Donald Cushing (Nicole), Steven Cushing (LeeAnn) and Terri Smithson. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
