She was predeceased by: her grandfather Michael Mostowy. She is survived by: her parents, Timothy Blake and Sandra Marie Mostowy (Brady); her brothers, Timothy Blake Mostowy, Jr. of Tipton and Brent Mostowy of Kalamazoo; her grandparents, Robert Brady of Tipton, Carol Brady of Tipton and Joey Ann Mostowy of Butler, PA; and also Uncles.
