He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Shugars and Jessie Shugars (Nesbitt); his wife Donna Shugars; and his brother Elwin Shugars. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Ripke (Mike), Mike Shugars (Lisa) and Jeff Shugars (Sue); his friend Marlyn Youngs; his grandchildren, Amanda Small (Phil) and Dusty Shugars (Amy); his stepgranddaughter Shelby Curley; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Lucas Osborn, Elizabeth Fochs, McKenzie Shugars, Aspynn, Zeil Curley, Dillon and JoLeigh Small.
