He was predeceased by: his father Lowell E. Cornwell; his father-in-law Robert Swilley; his grandparents, Erwin and Corinne Cornwell; his uncle Marvin Sr.; his aunt Flora May Cornwell (Waysong); and his cousin Marvin Jr. Cornwell.
He is survived by: his mother Margot Helga Cornwell (Velte); his wife Ruth Cornwell (Swilley); his daughter Holly Polmateer (Brandyn); his grandchildren, Payton and Blake Polmateer; his sisters, Paula and Christy; his mother-in-law Marylin Swilley; his sister-in-law Nancy Hotovy (Rich); his nephew-in-law Michael Kline (Carrie); and his cousins, Cindy Cornwell and Adam Cornwell (Dawn).
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Corey Church of the Nazarene (10056 Water St, Three Rivers, MI 49093). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hahn's Funeral Home to help cover the cost of the funeral.
