It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ellen Stofer of Three Rivers, Michigan, who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Mary Ellen has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Irwin Warkentien and Annabell Warkentien (Phillips); and her brother Charles Warkentien. She is survived by: her husband Hal Stofer of Three Rivers; her son Matthew Stofer of Three Rivers; and her brothers, Larry and Carl Warkentien. She is also survived by many friends extended family.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hohner Funeral Home (1004 Arnold St, Three Rivers, MI 49093).
