He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Haines and Mildred Haines (Patterson); his children, Michelle Huff and Dean Haines; and his close friend Dean Hoekenson.
He is survived by: his children, Kathi Allen, Cecil Jr., Mike Haines (Mary Trickett), Bart Haines (Pam) and Chuck Haines; his sister-in-law Jean Leclighter; his brothers, Roger Haines (Darlene) and Richard "Tree" Haines; and his friends, Rich Mulligan and Pat Tavernier. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
