Joseph Digiorgio Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Digiorgio (Three Oaks, Michigan), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 24, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas DeGiorgio and Alvera DeGiorgio. He is survived by: his children, Vera C. DeGiorgio (Frank W. Murphy) of Chicago, Celeste T. Hornung (Angelo) of Hickory Hills, Illinois, Joe N. DeGiorgio (Pauline) of Cumming and Nick T. DeGiorgio (Janet) of Berwyn, Illinois. He is also survived by three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers contributions be made in memory of Mr. DeGiorgio to the charity of the Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation, 55 West Wacker Drive Suite 1100, Chicago, Illinois 60601.
