He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Jerry" Cox; his children, Douglas Minniear (Nicole) of Burlington and Shirley Calcatera of Marshall; his grandchildren, Rene Byrd (Jon), Pamela Russell and Stephanie Minniear; and his great grandchildren, McKayla Byrd and Abigail Byrd.
