He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis A. Duckett and Beatrice Duckett (Prater); his wife Karen Olds; his daughter Laura Leach; and his sister Sylvia Wages.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Keegan Leach, Mya Ann Kavanaugh, Hunter Duckett and Easton Duckett; his sister Sandy Swick (Ora) of Tekonsha; and also, Mya Kavanaugh of Tekonsha and Michael "Mike" Duckett of Battle Creek.
