He was predeceased by: his parents, Almond Paradine and Hazel Paradine (Church); his spouse K. Jean Thomas; and his siblings, Richard, Rodney Paradine, Avis Langworthy, Beatrice Wolf, Freda Harnish, Edna Strong, Marjorie Wolf and Barbara Case.

He is survived by: his children, Cindra Thompson (Jerry) of Tekonsha and Jeri Osborn (Ken) of Winston, GA; his grandchildren, Sarah Davis, Michelle Klingler (Jeff), Deanne Clark (Jamison), Jessica Osborn and Betsy Osborn; his great grandchildren, Lillie, Grace, Anthony, Mitchell, Austin and Miaya; and his great great grandchild Logan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
