He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Miller and Mildred Miller (Foley). He is survived by: his wife Christine Eleanor Miller (Estelle); his daughters, Michelle "Micki" Miller, Cara Mestdagh (Jamie) and Linda Stemaly (Eric); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Lauren, Erika, Bruce, Alexis and Shannon; his great grandchildren, Arianna and Bentley; his brother Philip Miller (Luanna); and his nephews, Dan and Brent (Melissa).
Memorial contributions may be given to the Homer Historical Society Endowment Fund.
