He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Mullins (Blanche); and his siblings, Kenny (Theresa), Sue (Eddie), Donnie (Trish), Jack, Mike and Toni (Ricky).
He is survived by: his wife Clara Mullins; his children, Mellisa Carrabello, Lisa DeMink (Jason), Jimmy Mullins and Randy Blackburn (Danielle); his grandchildren, Justin (Dakota), Cameron, Alex, Lexi, Asia, JayShawn, Leo and Isiah; his great grandchildren, Clark and Jaesa; and his siblings, Gary Mullins (Linda), Teresa Bodrie (Gerald) and Allen Mullins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude.
