He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Strong and Louise Strong; and his siblings, Dorothy Walls, Robert Strong and Stanley Strong.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Strong; his children, Barbara Veillette (Michael), Dale Strong (Kathy) and Lisa Lawson (Jason); his sister Kathy Balas; and his grandchildren, Michelle, Emily, Jeff, Nathan and Devon.
