With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George E. Jones of Taylor, Michigan, who passed away on March 9, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jones and Fannie Jones; his son George Jones Jr.; and his siblings, Allen, Virgil, Lonnie and Katherine.
He is survived by: his wife Virgie; his children, Larry Jones (Julie) and Janet Collins (Gary); his siblings, Ernie, Paul, Lewis, Phillip and Mary Gay; his grandchildren, Jason, Brad (Liz), Kelly, Blanche, Kevin, Scott, Katie and Jeremy (Rose); and his great grandchildren, Devin, Arthur, Emma, Kayleigh, Cassandra, Conner, Elijah, Olivia and Kaylee.
