She is survived by: her children, Brian McKenzie (Catherine) and Chandra McKenzie; her granddaughter Grace McKenzie; her stepchildren, Sabrina Burke (Galen), Forrest Kalisek (Barbara) and Robert Kalisek Jr.; her stepgrandchildren, Christin, Thea, Brandon, Hannah and Julie; her brother Michael Summitt (Pat); her niece Ruthie Ephlin; and her close friend Rhonda.
