She is survived by: her husband Roger C. Smith; her sons, Clark of Panama City, FL, Mark (Sue) of Vernon, Bryan of Grand Blanc and Phillip of Swartz Creek; her grandchildren, Jason, Kevin, Holly and Nicole; and her great grandchild Ava Lynn.
