He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard, Margaret Hammond, Porter and Anna Lee Pelfrey. He is survived by: his father Homer Pelfrey; his children, Amanda Pelfrey of Quincy, Russell Pelfrey of Reading and Stone Pelfrey of Sturgis; his mother Sandra Pelfrey (Hammond) of Florida; his siblings, Melissa Defoor (Misty) of Illinois and Timothy Pelfrey of Sturgis; and his half-siblings, Elaine Pelfrey of Lansing and David Pelfrey of Sturgis.
Memorial donations would be appreciated to the funeral home to help with expenses.
