He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Julius "Sye" and Lydia Simons (Suppous); his wife Linda (Parker); his children, Pam Wilberding (Kenny) of Tennessee and Erin Simons of Munith; his siblings, Dennis and Tootie Ackley (Bill) of Chelsea; and his daughter Patricia Boyer. He was also cherished by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
