He was predeceased by: his father Theron. He is survived by: his mother Betty Lou Patterson, Sr. (Stanfield); his sons, Jason Patterson (Nadine) of Stockbridge, Stephen Patterson of Howell and Jon Patterson (Stacey) of Springport; and his sisters, Laura Patterson of Texas, Mary Patterson of Georgia, Melody Chaffin of Georgia, Joellen Jenkins of Georgia and Chris Patterson of Texas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
