He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tinsley and Mona Tinsley (Jackson); and his brothers, Elmer "Duane" Jackson and William "Bill" Tinsley. He is survived by: his son George Tinsley (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Corey Lovaty, Randy Tinsley (Ana) and Martha Tinsley; and his sisters, Sue Ayers, Theresa Davidson (Ed), Linda Gendron (Dennis) and Virginia Wright. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
