Norman Thompson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2020, at the age of 94, Norman Thompson of Stockbridge, Michigan, born in Pickford, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Norman Thompson to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Thompson and Elizabeth "Bessie" Thompson (O'Brien); his wife Maxine (Davis); his son David Thompson; and his siblings, Otto Thompson, John Thompson, Raymond Thompson, Roy Thompson, Milford Thompson, Howard Thompson, Mary Wellington and Beatrice McDonald.

He is survived by: his children, Doug Thompson (Joan) of Stockbridge, Dan Thompson of Stockbridge, Roger Thompson (Wendy) of Florida, Helen Fitzpatrick (Paul) of Munith and Nancy Stanley (Robert Pethers) of Gregory; and his sisters, Thelma Preston (Don) of Ypsilanti, Lorna McIntyre (Gene) of Grand Rapids and Ethel Sherman (Marie) of Sault Ste. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral Directors are following current CDC recommendations during the COVID-19 pandemic, and those in attendance will be instructed accordingly; masks must be worn.
