She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sr and Mabel Campbell, Sr. (Coffman); her son Joseph James; and her siblings, Leroy Cox, James Campbell Jr, Thomas Campbell and Thelma Powell.
She is survived by: her spouse Almon J. Lathrop; her children, Elaine Hoyt (Sam) of Cumming, GA, Carolyn Wallenwine (Steve) of Stockbridge and Mary Norton (Dale) of Grand Haven; her sister Millie Owen of Stockbridge; and her daughter-in-law Sue Fulk (Denny) of Holt, MI.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.
