Olson; his stepchildren, Stacy Forsberg (Jason) of Bloomfield Hills, MI and Jack Dempsey (Marissa) of Connecticut; his grandsons, Derek and Luke; and his siblings, Mike Bassett of Kansas, Theresa Bassett of Colorado, Karen Dempsey of Grand Rapids, MI, Tim Bassett of Portland, MI, Sue Lestina (Pete) of Downers Grove, IL, Margaret Bassett (Theresa) of Texas and Tony Bassett of Jackson, MI. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
