He was predeceased by: his parents, Wheeler Fletcher and Mae Fletcher (Carpenter); his brother John W. Fletcher; and his stepson Larry L. Burg. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn S. Fletcher (Younglove); his daughters, Terry Samulak (Rich) and Wanda Fletcher; his stepchildren, Randy Minix (Lori) and Candy S. Minix; his grandchildren, Jamie Quinn (Pat) and James Fletcher (Rachel); and his siblings, Louise Hale of Stockbridge, Kathy Roberts of Stockbridge, Charlett Freeman (Dan) of Jackson and Pete Fletcher (Carol) of Jackson. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
