He was predeceased by: his father Corbert Puckett Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Norma Puckett; his siblings, Carmen Ryan (Bob) and Chris Puckett (Keri Jo); and his nieces and nephews, Tyler, Blake Ryan, Hayden Puckett, Kelsey, Abbey, Christina Puckett and Hayley Ruiz.
