He was predeceased by: his parents, Herb Sturdavant and Doris Sturdavant (Vandervoren); his son Robert "Bobby" Sturdavant Jr.; his granddaughter Macie Landers; and his brother Duane Sturdavant.
He is survived by: his siblings, Herb Sturdavant, Jim Sturdavant (Barb), John Sturdavant, Roger Sturdavant and Ella "Epper" Stiles (Gary); his daughters, Amber Landers (Greg) and Amanda Sturdavant; his grandchildren, Tehya Sturdavant, MaKayla Hay (Austin), Kaleb Baker, Jaidan Landers, Julien Baker, DJ Baker, Desiree Baker, Jayson Baker and Grayson Peters; and his great grandchildren, Jessa, Relyk and Elianna. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
