It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard F. Cone of Sparta, Michigan, born in Stanwood, Michigan, who passed away on March 30, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Cone and Claire Cone (Castelein); his wife Eva Cone; and his brothers, Ernest and Elbert Cone.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Cone (Susan), Larry Cone (Vicki Smeby) and Cindy VanderMolen (Gary); and his grandchildren, Shawn Cone (Shannon), Jason Cone (Carolyn), Lindsey Lathrop (Doug), Stacey Marcus (Chris), Brent Cone (Dana), Ryan VanderMolen (Kaitlyn), Kelly Rhode (Daniel) and Kelsey Sheets (Adam). He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
