He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rev Wayne Cook and Ethel Cook; his wife Eleanor VanderJagt (Air Force Reserves); his siblings, Robert Losinger (Thomas), Phyllis Zylstra (Paul Cook), Rev Martin Jensen (Michael Turner) and Clifford Barr (Casey VanderJagt); his children, David E Cook, Jeannie, Larry Keizer, Dawn and Douglas Twiest; his grandchildren, Gerrit, Amanda Keizer, Mitchel, Gina Keizer, Ashley, Aaron, Brandi, Jonathan Dora, Austen, Cassondra Twiest, Caleb and Taylor Cook; his great grandchildren, Brody Dora, Savannah Osborn, Ryan Keizer, Declan Dora, Scarlette Osborn, Sullivan Dora, Maybella Osborn, Oakley Keizer, Madelyn Keizer, Autumn Keizer, Solomon Osborn, Olivia Twiest, Beckett Keizer, Kaylee Twiest and Dakota Cook; and his sisters, Faith Losinger, Judy Cook, Thelma Jensen, Kay Turner, Margie Barr and Linda VanderJagt. He was also cherished by numerous Cousins, Nieces, Nephews.
