He was predeceased by: his wife Nellie Bush; his parents, Samuel and Ruth; and his sisters, Patty Ann and Sandra Lee.

He is survived by: his children, Thomas Baker (Judy), Kimberly Patten (David) and Sherry Van Tiem; his grandchildren, Thomas, Terry, Megan, Nicholas and Bryan; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Jason, Logan, Austin and Riverlynn; and his sisters, Beverly and Linda.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to the Autistic Society.
