He was predeceased by: his father Dennis Rolak; and his father-in-law John Borowski. He is survived by: his wife Jillian; his children, Annalise and Lily Rolak; his siblings, Angela Cartagena, Damon Sulkey, Jason Rolak, Dominic Rolak (Ashley) and Jason King (Lenni); his mother Liz Huston; and his mother-in-law Janice Menard.
