He is survived by: his spouse Lee Ann Hilliker (Dunnigan); his children, Fred Jr. (Cheryl), Amy Berry (Josh) and Phillip (Angie); his grandchildren, Drue (Amanda), Cal, Ethan (Alyssa), Mia (Justin), Anna, Jael, Libby, Abiah, Joshua, Toryn, Ehvie and Maci; and also, Saul (Alyssa), Eliana, Jonah, Jeremiah, Shoshanah, Nedavya, Cha'ya and Ephraim.
