With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Gene Douglas of Southgate, Michigan, who passed away on February 27, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife JoAnn (Annie); his sons, Gary (Dawn) and Robert (Emily); his grandchildren, Peyton, Piper, Oliver, Breanna, Lance and Mason; and his siblings, Leon, Mac (Melinda), Earl (Pat), Joyce Douglass, Truman "Pete" (Constance) and Charles Abbott (Barbara). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial Contributions are appreciated to the Melanoma Research Foundation.
