He was predeceased by: his father Donald Mack of Dickinson, ND; and his sisters, Sheela Duryea of Houghton Lake, MI and Shelly Cardona of Bismarck, ND.. He is survived by: his mother Blanche Mack (Ridl) of Dickinson, ND; his wife Mary Keidel; his children, Joseph Mack (Jessica) of Lovettsville, VA, Elizabeth Mack of South Haven, MI and Heather Stroud (John) of Hartford, MI; and his siblings, Marti Mack (Fiona) of Flower Mound, TX and Natalie Geldern (Monte) of Seminole, FL. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews, extended family and many close friends.
