We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2024, at the age of 79, James E. Engel of South Haven, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Engel and Ann Engel (Lindenbach). He is survived by: his sisters, Nancy Ashbrook of South Haven, Susan Teske of Lawrenceville, GA and Janet Winnell (Don) of Coloma; and his nephew Steven Ashbrook. He is also survived by 4 nieces and 2 more nephews.

The family suggests memorials be made to Hospice or Al-Van Humane Society.
